Each Mine to Keep piece is made to order, created using the details you provide at checkout. Because of this, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections, or errors made during personalisation.

We kindly ask that all details are carefully reviewed before placing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at orders@minetokeep.com.au within 48 hours of delivery, including clear photos of the issue.

We will assess the situation and work with you to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Personalised or custom-made items
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect information entered at checkout
  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Exchanges

As all items are made to order, we are unable to offer exchanges.

Refunds (if approved)

If a refund is approved due to a fault or error on our part, it will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
